48TH Annual Event Set to Land This Summer in Las Vegas
NEWPORT BEACH, CA – MARCH 15, 2017 – The idea of a Secret Space Program is the centerpiece behind the Mutual UFO Network’s (MUFON) 2017 International UFO Symposium. MUFON is a non-profit organization founded in 1969, and will host its 48th annual event July 20-23, at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The annual gathering of top minds in their respective fields will present evidence and research concerning the history and ongoing investigations into the UFO phenomena. The theme, The Case for a Secret Space Program, delves into one of the top five ideas about the intelligence behind UFOs.
“Since its formation, MUFON has been dedicated to finding the truth about UFOs through its mission of investigation, research and education,” states MUFON Executive Director Jan C. Harzan. “Our annual Symposium helps create an environment of open discussion for all UFO enthusiasts. This year we will hear more about the U.S. space program, the current level of research in interstellar travel and insight into the UFO phenomena from longtime UFO researchers.”

Harzan explains that the mission of MUFON is to research the hundreds of reports the worldwide organization receives monthly, and to rigorously research, investigate and report the findings using the scientific method.
The four-day event features a dozen speakers discussing a variety of topics from scientific studies and research to actual UFO cases. These speakers consist of outstanding UFO researchers from around the world sharing their insights on UFOs, including what they are, where they're from, and what this means for mankind. Panel discussions will be facilitated by former CNN Anchor Cheryll Jones.
This year’s Symposium also includes Experiencer Workshops, Field Investigator Training and Area 51 Tours.
