The U.S. was the top reporting country at 495; with United Kingdom at 45; and the Canada at 44.
The four leading report states in January were California, 67 reports; Florida, 46; Texas, 24; and Illinois, 22. Other states with 10 or more reports include: Washington, 21; Pennsylvania, 18; Ohio, 17; Colorado, 14; New York, 13; Nevada and North Carolina, 12; Georgia, Louisiana, Arizona, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Missouri, 11; and Tennessee with 10.
The Sphere remains the most-reported UFO shape at 112 cases. A Triangle shape was the second-most reported at 70. A Circle shape and a Disc were third with 58 each. Cases where the object was less than 500 feet was 207, and 97 reports include testimony where the object was less than 100 feet.
Most impressively, there were 29 reports of UFOs landing, hovering or taking off. Three entity reports were received.
