
The U.S. was the top reporting country at 430; with Canada at 63 and United Kingdom at 29.
The three leading report states in September were California, 77 reports; Texas, 28; and New York, 26. Other states with 10 or more reports include: Florida, 21; Pennsylvania, 18; Arizona, 15; Colorado, Michigan and Washington, 13; Utah, 12; Kentucky, Illinois, and New Jersey, 11; and Ohio, Nevada, and Oregon with 10.
The Sphere remains the most-reported UFO shape at 115 cases. A Circle shape was the second-most reported at 51. A Star-like shape with 49 and a Triangle with 44. Cases where the object was less than 500 feet was 179, and 93 reports include testimony where the object was less than 100 feet.
Most impressively, there were 15 reports of UFOs landing, hovering or taking off. No entity reports were received.
