Portage Ohio Case – New Evidence

On April 17, 1966 two Portage, Ohio police deputies chased a UFO for 86 miles across four counties and two states. Ridiculed by the Air Force, these deputies conducted their own investigation of the incident. The MJ-12 Workshop intends to be an interactive group learning process which will cover four key areas. First, is a discussion of the framework for the questioned document authentication and its key components of provenance, content, chronology, anachronisms, forensics and zingers. Second, is a practical session where the participants get to examine questioned documents and discuss avenues of investigation, concerns about authenticity and strategies for validation. Thirdly, we will look closely at three MJ-12 questioned documents: the Special Operations Manual, the General Twinning’s MAJIC White Hot Technology Assessment Report and the Counter Intelligence Corps draft report on the Roswell incidents.
