Kathleen Marden Director of Abduction Research
Kathleen Marden is a prominent UFO abduction researcher, author and lecturer with 23 years experience in the field. She is MUFON’s Director of Abduction Research. For ten years Kathy volunteered as MUFON’s Director of Field Investigator Training. In 2012, she was the recipient of MUFON’s “Researcher of the Year” award. She earned a B.A. degree in social work, with honors, from the University of New Hampshire in 1971, and participated in graduate studies in education while working as a teacher and education services coordinator. She is also a certified hypnotist with advanced training in regression and PTSD. Her interest in UFOs dates back to September 20, 1961, when her aunt, Betty Hill phoned her nearby home to report that she and Barney had encountered a flying saucer in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. A primary witness to the evidence of the UFO encounter and the aftermath, Kathleen has intimate knowledge of the Hill’s biographical histories, personalities, and the previously unpublished historical files pertaining to their sensational story. She is the author of three books, Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience, Science was Wrong, with nuclear physicist/scientific ufologist Stanton T. Friedman, and The Alien Abduction Files, with Denise Stoner. Her chapter “UFO Abductions: Fact or Fiction” appears in UFOs and Aliens: Is There Anybody Out There?. Her articles have been published in the MUFON UFO Journal, Open Minds magazine and on several websites. Kathy has appeared in television and radio programs in the US, Canada and the UK, and has lectured throughout the United States. She is recognized as the world’s leading expert on the Betty and Barney Hill abduction.

Craig Lang Assistant Director of Abduction Research
Craig R. Lang is a certified hypnotherapist with the National Guild of Hypnotists and the owner of Explore with Hypnosis. His hypnotherapy practice is located in Coon Rapids, MN (an inner-ring suburb of Minneapolis). In addition to hypnotherapy, he is the Minnesota assistant state director for the Mutual UFO Network, which researches UFO sightings, anomaly reports and close encounters worldwide.
He has published articles in the MUFON UFO Journal, the CUFOS International UFO Reporter, The Edge, and many other publications. He is the author of two books on UFOs, The Cosmic Bridge, Close Encounters and Human Destiny, and The Other Side of the Sky, The Cosmic Bridge Companion, exploring the enigma of UFOs, science and the paranormal. Robert Upson, DCH, CH, CI has a Doctorate of Clinical Hypnotherapy (DCH) from American Pacific University. He is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and practicing as a consulting hypnotist (CH) and is a Certified Trainer/ Instructor (CI) for the Guild.
He has been practicing hypnosis for over 20 years. He has performed many past-life regressions, and helped clients with Weight Loss, Smoking Cessation, Memory Recall, Anxiety and other issues with positive results.

Dr. Don C. Donderi Abduction Research Team Member
Don Donderi is a retired Associate Professor of Psychology at McGill University in Montreal, and a former Associate Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Research at McGill. He is also the co-founder and Principal Consultant of a Toronto-based human factors and ergonomics consulting firm. Donderi earned his undergraduate degrees (B.A. and B. Sc.) from the University of Chicago and his Ph.D. in experimental psychology from Cornell University. While a graduate student at Cornell, he worked for IBM to develop radar navigation displays for the B-52 bomber. His basic research interests are in human memory, perception and thinking, and his applied work has included projects in marine navigation, naval architecture, nuclear power plant operation, agricultural inspection, computer interface design, and aviation human factors. He is the co-author of a psychology textbook, editor of a second textbook, author of over one hundred research papers and technical reports; and most recently, of UFOs, ETs, and Alien Abductions: A Scientist Looks at the Evidence (Hampton Roads Press, 2013). .
Dr. George Medich Abduction Research Team Member
George is a former professional athlete who spent 10 years in the Major Leagues as a pitcher for the New York Yankees, Pittsburgh Pirates, Texas Rangers, and Milwaukee Brewers. During the off season, while playing professional baseball he attended the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine. After completing his baseball career in 1982, he did an orthopaedic residency at the University of Pittsburgh followed by a Sports Medicine Fellowship with Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Alabama.
After retirement from clinical practice, he pursued his love of astronomy becoming an amateur astronomer supplemented by university courses in Astrophysics. His curiosity about the UFO phenomenon led to his Field Investigator training with MUFON and an appointment as a Section State Director for Pennsylvania and ART member.
His interest in alien abduction was fostered by years of medical practice, a strong background in physics and astronomy, and an interest in UFO phenomena.
Denise Stoner Abduction Research Team Member
Denise holds educational forums for public and private gatherings for
abduction experiencers. Her involvement in the UFO field spans more
than 20 years. And has an educational background in business
and psychology, and is a certified hypnotist specializing in regressive
hypnosis. She has taught classes in stress reduction for 12+ years for
professionals in such fields as medicine and law.

life regression research. Denise also worked as a paranormal
investigator in the homes of abductees that felt they had been visited

Her “retirement” from the Federal Government has allowed her to expand
her work with UFO research and investigation. Denise has appeared on TV
and many radio shows, and speaks yearly at the Daytona Museum of Arts
